These terms describe the intended use of the platform and do not replace any separate agreement between the account holder and the service operator.
Financial accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate transactions, reviewing reports and complying with tax, accounting and record-retention laws.
Service scope
The software provides finance recordkeeping, invoicing and reporting functions. It is not a professional auditing or statutory filing service.
Plans and access
Feature availability, user limits and document allowances depend on the current company plan. Subscription prices and payment rules appear in the plan and billing pages.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, manipulate other company records, misuse payment integration or disrupt availability.
Service operation
The operator is responsible for hosting, support and backups, and should publish confirmed service contact and refund terms before taking payments.
Consult the deploying organization for any additional contractual, refund and support policies.
